diner & cafe

Our establishment's hosts have travelled far and wide, and their vast culinary experience is here to sate your appetite and please your palette.
Our menu boasts novelties from the coffers of Limsa Lominsa, Ishgardian standbys, Gridanian fancies, Ul'Dahn imports and Doman amusements.
For those hard up for gil, we offer simple fare at little to no cost. Hagglers welcome.
tearoom & kitchen

Additional seating of a more intimate nature can be had downstairs. There's ample space to sit and sip, no matter how many are in your company.
For special occasions, the tearoom also houses our full service bakery and kitchen. Temporary menus may be offered as supply allows. Confer with your hosts for more information about seasonal events.
private library

The Pelican's Quill maintains a modest onsite library for patrons. Admittance is the cost of a drink, though do be careful not to spill.
public literature

Books at our outdoor stall are free for the taking. We ask that these books are borrowed, not pilfered. Only your honor guarantees their return; We ask only you treat them kindly. The diner makes a warm place to read the tome of your choosing, and on temperate days you may enjoy our garden seating.
If you are interested in distributing literature at The Quill, please abide by the following guidelines:
Maintain good taste. Works should not be obscene or heretical. If you are concerned your material may be found unjustly obscene or heretical, confer with management.
Keep materials in mind. Items placed on our outdoor bookcart or magazine racks oft go missing. Do keep in mind that book thieves rarely steal for love of art. Paper makes good kindling. Do not over-invest in your work if you intend it for public distribution.
Those in Need... The Pelican's Quill is an establishment for all. While we host material for various reading levels, we are most in need of works of simple-to-intermediate level. Illustrations are appreciated.
Management has final say. You forfeit ownership of your material once bequeathed to the Quill. We reserve the right to deny any pamphlet, flier, magazine, journal or booklet for distribution. You have the right to sneak such works into our establishment regardless, and we have the right to move them to the furnace once discovered.
